- Prices are in € euro per day per apartment / chalet for the indicated occupation and for a minimum stay of 7 days.
- The booked apartment cannot be occupied by a number of people (including babies) higher than the one indicated and agreed upon at the time of booking
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment and in the common areas and / or to throw the remains from outside the windows and balconies.
- It is not allowed to take objects, equipment and kitchen equipment outside the apartment.
- Weekly bookings are made from Saturday to Saturday.
- We offer the possibility of daily delivery of bread and fresh milk at 08:00 am.
- For hygiene reasons dogs and domestic animals are not accepted. Thank you for your cooperation.
- In the middle and high season the stated maximum occupancy will be charged.
