Colfosco is a small village in the Dolomites, characterized by centuries of hard agriculture of the Ladin mountain farmers. Ladin, an ancient Romansh language of the Dolomite region, is still used here. The culture and culinary art of the region can still be experienced in its true form in Alta Badia.
