SERVICES AND CONDITIONS

Prices are in € euro per day per apartment / chalet for the indicated occupation and for a minimum stay of 7 days.
The booked apartment cannot be occupied by a number of people (including babies) higher than the one indicated and agreed upon at the time of booking
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment and in the common areas and / or to throw the remains from outside the windows and balconies.
It is not allowed to take objects, equipment and kitchen equipment outside the apartment.
Weekly bookings are made from Saturday to Saturday.
We offer the possibility of daily delivery of bread and fresh milk at 08:00 am.
For hygiene reasons dogs and domestic animals are not accepted. Thank you for your cooperation.
In the middle and high season the stated maximum occupancy will be charged.

Daily cleaning.
Indoor heated garage:
- Daily car cost: € 10.00.
- Daily motorcycle cost: € 5.00.
Washing machine:
- Washing cost (detergent included): € 10.00.
Dryer:
- € 10.00.

The local tax will be added to the prices indicated, equal to € 1.40 / person / day for guests aged 14 and over. The tourist tax is paid upon departure and is specified on the invoice of the stay with its own wording.
Final cleaning: from 50.00 - 100.00 € / apartment or chalet.

The apartments / chalets are reserved from 2:00 pm on the day of arrival until 9:00 am on the day of departure.

The reservation is considered binding after the agreed deposit has been credited and our written confirmation.
The deposit must be sent within 3 days of the booking being accepted by bank transfer:

In cash for total amount of your stay of less than € 3,000.00. For higher amounts or for the difference, the balance must be paid by credit card, check or early bank transfer (excluding guests from non-European countries such as Russia and Switzerland, for which the payment of higher cash amounts is allowed).
Bank transfer (in this case the balance of the stay must take place before your arrival);
Check (in this case, please hand over the check by the next day after arrival);
Credit card (no Diners and American Express);

(pursuant to Part III, Title III, Chapter I of Legislative Decree 206/2005 of the Consumer Code):

The unexpected can always happen and a cancellation is unpleasant for both parties. Under the Consumer Code there is no right of withdrawal.

Despite this we grant the following cancellation conditions:

more than 60 days before arrival: return of the confirmatory deposit;
less than 60 days up to 21 days before arrival: loss of the confirmation deposit;
less than 21 days up to 8 days before arrival: charge of 60% of the total price;
less than 8 days before arrival, late arrivals, lower number of present, early departures or in case of no-show: 100% charge of the total price.

We advise you to get insurance against cancellation, interruption and / or late arrival of the trip.
