Karl Schmidt of Munich acquires the land and builds a dwelling house for his family.
Giovanni Mersa buys the building and gives it to Waltraud, the third of his four beloved daughters.
The Ladin artist Lois Irsara embellishes the north facade of the house with a graffiti representing the four sisters: Annelies, Helga, Waltraud and Loretta.
The building is reorganized into apartments and christened with the name "La Villetta".
New apartments are added and important renovations are made to existing ones.
All apartments get a new modern look. Two new "4 Sorus" Chalets are born.
