Karl Schmidt of Munich acquires the land and builds a dwelling house for his family.
Father Giovanni and mother Maria bought the building and donated it to Waltraud, the third of their four beloved daughters.
The Ladin artist Lois Irsara embellishes the north facade of the house with a graffiti representing the four sisters: Annelies, Helga, Waltraud and Loretta.
The building is reorganized into apartments and christened with the name "La Villetta".
New apartments are added and important renovations are made to existing ones.
All apartments get a new modern look. Two new "4 Sorus" Chalets are born.
